These Terms of Use govern your use of the RangeBuddy mobile application and related website (together, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using RangeBuddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About RangeBuddy
RangeBuddy helps golfers plan range sessions, select clubs, follow practice lessons, record feedback, track progress, and access golf guidance.
RangeBuddy is a practice-planning tool. It does not provide professional golf instruction, medical advice, or a guarantee of performance.
Your use of the service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse engineer the Service, except where applicable law allows it.
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with the Service or attempt to access parts of it without permission.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Practice and safety
You are responsible for your own safety while practicing golf.
RangeBuddy’s lessons, suggestions, club guidance, and progress views are informational tools. They are not a substitute for qualified coaching, medical advice, or your own judgment. Always follow the rules and safety requirements of the driving range or golf facility you use.
You use the Service and participate in any golf activity at your own risk.
Your data
RangeBuddy does not require you to create a RangeBuddy account.
The app stores the information you enter and your practice history on your device. When iCloud is available for RangeBuddy, app data may be synchronized through Apple’s iCloud service.
Our handling of information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
RangeBuddy may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
If you purchase a subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription price, billing period, and available features are shown before purchase.
Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment information under its own terms and policies.
You may restore eligible purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the app.
We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Intellectual property
RangeBuddy, its name, logo, interface, content, lessons, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Grant Petrosian and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any particular golf, fitness, or training result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grant Petrosian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
